Listen with the Eyes

In order to hopefully see

With a newfound sense of clarity,

One must be willing to accept

The nature of the human identity,

And by striving to live with authenticity,

People could indelibly impact

The nature of reality,

So listen to the wonder of sound

While looking all around

With the hope of becoming

Finally found,

And lift oneself up

From off the ground

To take a stand

As well as offer

A helping hand,

And contribute to the world as a whole

To reveal the beauty deep within the soul,

And let the heart soar

Like never before

By living with dignity and integrity

With love as boundless as the sea
