Grateful is Great!

Even during times of solitude

and feelings of ineptitude,

demonstrating a sense of gratitude

involves much more than

an optimistic attitude,

and even having

oxygen to breathe

could do much more

than make a person feel relieved,

and even with times

of grief and despair,

ponder at the wonder

of a breath of air,

so awaken

and not feel mistaken

since positivity

can triumph over negativity,

and then strive for

longevity

while doing much more

than simply

cope with reality

by becoming

a ray of hope
