Honoring the past
As well as any family line,
And history itself
Is incredibly sublime,
And even though
No one knows for sure
What will happen later on,
Dare to continue on
Long after the past is gone,
And remember to stay pure
To ensure a path without wrath,
And abandon resentment
For the betterment of humanity,
And choose to find a way
To make today a wonderful day
While marveling at
An entire world to behold,
For possessing the audacity
To live with sincerity
Could hopefully create
A way to become bold,
And inspire the young and old
To create the greatest story ever told
As a way to appreciate
How life itself
Is more precious than gold
